The start of Ramadan also coincides with the easing of Lockdown rules in England and allows restaurants to open and serve diners food outdoors. Below is a list of places that are open with outdoor eating and also have Halal options… But obviously its Ramadan and most people will be fasting during the month – but some people might find it useful
