Antalya and Holiday Suggestions from Instagram Followers

I asked my Instagram followers for Holiday and Hotel Suggestions, for a family with a toddler. Below is a collection of some of the 1000s of replies and DMs I got. The focus was on the Antalya area of Türkiye.

I ended up going to Antalya and stayed a 2 different hotels. Rixos Downtown and Delphin Imperial in Mid-September 2023

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Can’t recommend Paloma Perissia Hotel enough! It’s more of an aesthetic hotel, not “brits abroad” type. Amazing food selection, and the staff at the kids club are so great/ attentive/ caring. We got a good deal with Tui for £2000 for 7 days.

Antalya – Akra hotel. All inclusive. Excellent facilities for adults and children.

Crowne plaza in Antalya

Akra Hotel was excellent especially with a toddler.

Eftalia Aqua resort. We went with our 4 year old and 1 year old in October last year. £300 per person, 7 nights, all inclusive with airport transfers.

We’ve been to Titanic Mardan Palace, Titanic Deluxe and we recently went to Granada Luxury Belek. Would highly recommend all three but with a child, Granada Luxury belek is ideal. Mid August is always very high due to peak season.

Delphin BE

Delphin imperial resort is amazing – don’t go in august! September/October is still good weather in Antalya and will be so much cheaper

Prices of Antalya in summer are always inflated, you are better off with April and October. But Rixos premium Belek is probably one of the best, as u get access to land of legends

We stayed at the rixos in antalya great central location, can hire a car and do your own excursions for a fraction of the price. Rixos also includes free entry to land of legends whicb was great fun wjth the little one. They have a shuttle to and from rixos to land of legends if you prefer not to hire a car.

Swandor Topkapi Palace. Went there last year with 8 month and 3 year old. Food was amazing so was the resort. Unlimited drinks.

Aska Lara is the most suggested

Aska Lara. Amazing resort and lots of British people. Baby friendly with their own play and water resort

We came back from Antalya last Sunday and stayed in Güral Premier Belek- it was great. Entertainment and food really good ( painful that the ala carta restaurant had an extra cover cost). Well equipped for families also.

Mixed demographic, Turkish, Muslim guests from other areas too, Russians, few Brits ( danish too).

Delphin be grand resort, was really good! Would defo recommend antalya, been 3 times and always amazing!

Ic Green lara

Brother we stay at Delphin BE Grand for the past 5 years. Kids love it and food galore. Prices are up since COVID got lifted.

We just got back from Delphin Imperial. Great for kids.

Lara beach area is fantastic for all inclusive resorts, I’ve stayed at Liberty Lara and the food was really good and they were super nice and accommodating for families with children, not sure of the prices these days though, it’s significantly cheaper out of holidays. Hope you find somewhere and have a great trip!

Hey, I guess thats the prices during summer holidays, on May we paid 1250, for 11 nights – now the same hol is 3 to 4 grand. We have been in Marmaris. Green Nature Diamond. Location is great, just cross the road is big shopping centre -Migros where you can get milk for your little one etc. also McDonalds, lots of shops, 20 min walk to city centre and Marina, hotel was clean and food was really nice. They had kids club too

Salaam, we went to Delphin Be Grand in May for a week all inclusive, it was AMAZING with a 20 month old. No cons, pools, food, evening kids show etc all amazing. Milk, baby food, yogurts etc available too. We paid £2.5k x

If you do end up going, the two places we went to were Aska Lara and Royal Seginus (opposite Aska).. Aska was better in terms of service and food, facilities spread out and Royal had bigger rooms etc

Titanic Hotel was amazing. Great food rooms and things to do. Also very close to airport around 35 mins away

If you have the budget try Gloria Golf Resort – Antalya. I usually end up eating out  as resort food is never great but food here was so good we didn’t want to miss out🤣🤣 the grounds are stunning and there’s so much to keep the kids entertartained. The soft play is better than the UK ones!

Rixos Premium Belek

Gloria Serenity Resort

Salam, I’m currently in Antalya the Side region staying at a resort called ‘Horus Paradise Luxury resort” .. second time here we came last year with my then 18 month old and now we’re back with my 4 month old and 2.5 year old. Very child friendly, good entertainment for the kids, the food is ‘good’ I would say (all inclusive), I did search around for hotels with excellent food but found it was hard to distinguish but there’s loads of options here food wise and so you’re bound to find something you like. We’re staying in the ‘Beach room’ which has patio doors onto a little private patio and shared garden overlooking the sea. I would ask for this room on the ground floor as it’s furthest away from the main entertainment so baby can sleep at night. sending pic of our view

Eftalia Aqua Park

Granada luxury balek is a really good resort,we paid 1370£ for 6 nights, all inclusive

Arnor Deluxe Hotel & Spa in Side, Antalya

Fantastic 5 star hotel with a lot of facilities – ganes rooms, shops, spa, salon, gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools & Shisha place.

Service is excellent, people are very friendly and welcoming.

AVOID – Mamaris, had a very unpleasant experience. The area is very poor and deprived. The people there are so rude. Not many activities around other than water sports.

Salaam bro! I stayed at the Delphine Grand in Antalya all inclusive resort with the Mrs and 1 8 month old at the time, we went in September last year, was perfect and alot of young families 😁

Go Antalya!!!! Book with travel republic…. Stay at Delphin imperial. Me hubby my two kids (1 year old and 6 year old) literally went 5 weeks ago.

Rixos Downtown Antalya – went in June. Amazing place!

Wome Deluxe

Barut Lara for sure

Rixos Premium Belek

Granada Luxury Belek

Titanic Deluxe Belek

Limak Lara

Haydarpasha Palace

Granada Luxury Belek.  Just been with my husband and our 2.5 yo for his first holiday. Amazing for kids. All inclusive.

We booked in May for end of June on sunshineholidays.com. Got a pretty decent price.

Wome Deluxe resort. Antalya. Best place and halal. No alcohol and have seperate facilities too. Loved it

Ramada resort lara!!!!! Im here right now and me and my husband really enjoying. Its child friendly and you have your own private beach and a free shutter to take you there and back to the hotel. Swimming pool is huge and food is ridiculously delicious!

Check out Papillon belvil in Antalya – it is fantastic

Just came back. In the hols it is this price. Try Aska Lara, Wind of Lara, Saturn Palace Resort, Miracle Resort.

Baia Lara Hotel

Hi, I went Antalya last year October with my husband and at the time 14month old baby and would 100% recommend Delphin Imperial resort. I do believe they have gone abit more pricey this year but not too sure the rates. The facilities were amazing, my daughter has multiple allergies but I still was able to feed her from the buffet restaurant as they labelled all their allergen info. I even communicated with the outside concession staff via Google translate and they always recommended and made something suited to her needs. Food in  all inclusive are mind blowing but it was still nice with themed nights and some a la carte restaurant

If you have kids go Limak Lara Deluxe Antalya beach. Close to the airport and all shops / town – non stop activities for kids & babies to keep them busy

I would recommend you checking out barut lara  in antalya  it’s perfect for families and they have great facilities  for babies and children. The restaurants are great too so much variety and great quality.

Limak Lara De Luxe Hotel & Resort I travelled here a few years ago with my 4yr old and 2yr old. Good food choices for the kids and adults. It’s a lovely resort with excellent customer service. I paid £2200 for a week, but prices are overpriced at the moment since covid. I would 100% visit again and highly recommend.

Hello, were currently in Antalya at the moment. We have twin boys aged 5. We are staying it resort called Xanadu.  It’s excellent. If you want culture of Turkey, then I wouldn’t suggest this place….but if you want somewhere to relax and just let kids have fun then yes deffo. We visited Land of legends today. Wouldn’t reccoment paying £80 per head especially with toddler. So don’t go there. If you want to know more I’m happy to answer questions. We paid £4k all inclusive resort.

We love Barut Lara, it has got more expensive over the years. The first time we went was with 8month old and a 2.5year old. They have baby high chairs, cot bed, great service for kids plus their own bit in the restaurant with baby friendly food. It’s great. Also Calista luxury resort is also good, went pregnant with a 15month old.

Hey Salaam. If you are not restricted by travelling during summer holidays I would recommend traveling in September (when kids are back again school) prices will be cheaper. It won’t feel as busy/manic at the resort and sometimes hotels can cater extra for you with a little baby as they’re not so busy. Now MashAllah we have kids that go to school we tell all couples/young families travel as much off peak as you definitely notice the difference, price wise and service wise.

We have stayed at Liberty Lara which was great. Food was amazing and entertainment for everyone. They also have an indoor swimming pool.

We have also been to Hurghada (Egypt) not a long flight and again lots of choice with resorts.

Best of luck and hope you have a lovely break inshAllah

That is very expensive for Antalya- we found prices in July for £400 pp, 2 adults plus one year old – that is flights and hotels included. Highly recommend Akra hotel- beautiful sunset and all the restaurants are good, mc Donald’s etc close walking distance

Seven Seas Hotel Blue – clean, great food, kid friendly

Saturn palace in Antalya was absolutely amazing. Doesn’t look great from the outside, but inside it’s beautiful and we had the best time

Ramada Resort by Wyndham Lara

Hey! I went Antalya in May half term with my 4 year old daughter and a friend. cost us £645 each with Turkish airline flights and all inclusive resort, for 5 night. We stayed at porto bello resort, booked via last min.com

Just went to the Granada Belek resort in May and absolutely amazing and so much to do with the kids, I have a 2 years old and a 6 month old and there’s adults and kids pool areas and night entertainment and much more. Best rated hotel too. Don’t have to leave the resort either but land of legends theme park is only 10 mins away – recommend getting your own car if u want to go other places like Lara beach and stuff. Beacuse they whack u on travel. And yes it has gone expensive whole of turkey but Belek is more expensive than Antalya Lara beach sides. Hope this helps.

Salaam, me, my wife, and 14-month-old daughter are at lara Barut in Antalya. It’s very nice with good facilities for toddlers.

Here with family, there are about 20 of us in total, and it’s been great.

They have 2 big outdoor pools for adults and kids,

They have an indoor pool

A baby pool with slides

A children’s pool with bigger slides

They have a children’s dining room in the buffet restaurant, which is very cute with baby drinks, food, and smaller chairs and tables for them.

They also have lots of high chairs everywhere with bibs, napkins, wipes, etc. all prepped for each chair.

The staff are very tentative and have resolved issues when we complained about our first couple of days.

There is also a beach.

They also have 4 big slide thingys like a mini water park.

They have 6 restaurants

Lots of bars dottes around where we have been having mocktails, ice creams and virgin drinks.

First time on a resort holiday, and I’m impressed with this one.

They have a baby and children’s service

Rixos sungate literally came back last week. Was AMAZING and v kid friendly there’s a rixy kids club too their little one will really enjoy especially separate kids pool area

Hi Delphin Imperial was absolutely amazing! All inclusive and we went with our two year old. We paid £2300 in May but did book in advance. 3/4 grand is about right as it’s last minute. I booked through British Airways and found it had the best deal. Hope this helps 👍🏼

Antalya is brilliant! We went in August last year to Paloma Foresta and it was amazing. Food was good, they had different themed nights. We have 2 boys who are 4 and 9 and they loved it. We saw a few couples with babies as well. It was really chilled out and not overcrowded. Amazing mountain views! We paid under £3k. The resort next door looked amazing as well, the Rixos Premium.

Assalamu Alaikum brother,

Me and my family just returned last week from antalya. We stayed in Narcia 5* hotel for 5 days which was all inclusive. I paid £1500 for 3 people. I think it was good for the price as the hotel has what the kids want which a pool and game room too. Overall it was a nice holiday. Alhamdulillah.

Wind of Lara I went to with mrs in Lara beach area about 2 months ago decent food but outside the hotel not much to do around it. I liked Belek area more my mate went there hotel called rixos. He enjoyed it. I like this area more I went on a day visit and wished I stayed in this area instead. If you like beaches check out wind of lara. If you like more built up area check out Belek rixos hotel

As family of 5, (kids aged 5,5 and 3 at the time) we went last year. Cost us roughly 5K so my advice would be book just after August as school reopens for cheaper prices. We stayed in Belek, at Granada Luxury and would recommend it 100%. All inclusive and very family friendly.

Swandor Topkapi Palace or Ramada Wyndham

Wome deluxe! Everything you’ve requested here plus an excellent Muslim friendly resort- when we went in Oct 2021, price was just over £100 a night for a double room… may be a lot more in august!

Ramada resort in lara

Salam bro just came back from a resort in Antalya called Paloma orenda fantastic for family’s and I think 1100 PP through TUI beautiful place

Adalya Lara elite

I went Anatalya in May and have been a few times over the years. I recently stayed at the Rixos premium Belek and I absolutely enjoyed it. I cannot fault the food at all and they are very keen to keep their high standards. The rooms were always cleaned well and the grounds are always being cleaned. We never had any issues with getting a table at dinner or a huge sun bed with an umbrella. We could get up at 10am and still get a bed. The entertainment was amazing every night. They have unlimited Starbucks with 2 places you can get it. They also have a luxury dessert/cafe that provides hot drinks, chocolates, and desserts from morning till night all included.

I hope this helps if you have anymore questions just ask away

Salam brother,I would recommend Akra Hotel in Antalya. Just went last October with our 14 month old baby. Was our second time visiting there. It’s that good! Different options of in house food provisions incl half board/full board !

But the road opposite to the hotel is like a mini High Road, loads of western food outlets as well as authentic Turkish restaurants. Enough options for quick and easy with a toddler!

Aska lara is situated in Antalya  its brilliant resort with a crazy selection of food, which at time can be quite overwhelming. It is extremely expensive, if you can avoid going in August, then I’d say wait for September. It gets a lot quieter and the prices do go down considerably. They have lots of entertainment for families with young children. Mini soft play area, park, water park which has paddling areas for babies. I hope that helps

Salaam

Kemar, Hilton Antalya. However don’t book with a sea view otherwise you will hear the evening entertainment. Beautiful hotel, baby friendly and delicious food. It is 50 mins from the airport with a scenic journey to the hotel. I’ve taken my children twice and would go again inshallah

Salam, I never message anyone on Insta but I thought I need to share become we had the best experience in Antalya. My son was around the same age and we stayed at delphin imperial hotel In Lara and honestly it’s one of the best hotels we’ve stayed because of how child friendly it was. It was all inclusive and they even have a whole section for kids – food wise, fruit pouches, baby food, baby milk cartons etc. we didn’t even need to leave the hotel because there was so much to do. They have their own amusement park, kids play, entertainment for kids, baby aqua pool, the food was on point too as well as the service. Normally on holiday we never like to be at the hotel but this time we didn’t want to leave the hotel as we were kept busy and my son had a lot to do. It is definitely worth checking out and we are looking to go back there just because of the resorts hope that helps

Luxury Granada belek

Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort

Voyage Belek Golf & Spa

Concorde De Luxe Resort.

Highly recommend

Regnum Carya

Maxx Royal belek

NG phaselis Bay

We’ve stayerd at all twice .

First two are unbelievable .

Also

Belek, Lara beach, Side

All great areas to visit

Other places

If you are able to travel end of august prices will come down more or even if you are flexible to travel in September opt for that.

Egypt – Sharm el Shiekh

Rixos Premium Seagate .

Hurghada – Baron Palace

But once again if you ae able to travel in September or fly end of august into September take that’s option prices will drop drastically .

Kos

Dalaman

Bodrum

Hurghada, Egypt

Agadir, Mocorco

Fethiye

Saklkent

Kas

Oludeniz

Different destination option:

Have u looked up Oludeniz? It’s also in Turkey and absolutely beautiful. I have booked ten nights for husband, me and 5 year old for 2500 all inclusive. U would fly to dalaman. Check easyjet holidays, tui and jet2.

If you’ve not been, Lisbon and Sintra in Portugal is a good shout. Did it with my little one who was 16 months at the time.

Baby friendly, you will have to park up the pushchair and use a baby carrier for some places, but in queues, you get taken to the front. In Lisbon, there are LOTS of halal options around and a handful in Sintra.

I would say try to go Marmaris or Bodrum if you can! Its great especially if you had kids. I went to Bodrum last month paid around £350 for 4 days and stayed at the Labranda TMT hotel – Was All inclusive

please book Rixos premium sea gate Egypt sharm el sheikh bro the best family friendly inclusive holiday and great halal restaurants to book in advance- cook in front of you experience; 5 hours journey and did not need to travel once outside as the resort has everything!!

Hi, I went to Rixos Premium Seagate Egypt in December if you can wait… Good weather up to about mid 20s. Was £1500 for 2 adults and 1 child age 3 for a week. All inclusive with 7 restaurants on site that were much better than your standard buffet. Sadly I think the summer holidays are a time to con holiday makers 😪😪

Rixos Premium Seagate, Sharm El Sheikh Egypt, you will not regret it. Worth every penny. Brilliant food, ultra all inclusive so all the al carte restaurants are included, and a nice waterpark. Also has excellent and very secure kids club and child minding facilites, so you can have some time to yourself self.

Sorry, this is the name: Hilton Dalaman Sarigerme Resort & Spa

Yeah it’ll be double during school holidays. Go in September if possible, it’ll be way cheaper. Can’t testify for Antalya but we stayed in a nice family resort in Agadir, Morocco over Christmas, called Hotel Riu Palace. All inclusive and mostly buffet so very convenient for children
